Practice makes perfect! Bright day fast lens fast shutter
focus and hold down the shutter... Oh yeah if you have a model that does not get bored easy that helps to.

I think this photograph is quite excellent. Regarding the not original posting. I first saw this idea in the 1970s on a calendar, possibly a Pirelli calendar by Patrick Litchfield, but that is not the point. The point is you have captured this your way and done it well.
